摘要
目的:分析社区老年急性左心衰竭现场救治的效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2020年5月怀柔区长哨营满族乡卫生院急诊收入的急性左心衰竭患者共42例。20例接受常规救治的患者纳入对照组,另外22例在常规救治基础上采用硝酸甘油治疗的患者纳入研究组。对比两组患者的生命体征指标(心率、血压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度)、治疗总有效率、并发症发生率及患者对治疗的满意程度。结果:研究组的生命体征优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对治疗的满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年急性左心衰竭发作后,现场救治中采用硝酸甘油治疗,能有效改善患者的生命体征,减少并发症的发生,提高救治总有效率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of on-site treatment of acute left heart failure in the elderly in community.Methods:A total of 42 patients with acute left heart failure who were admitted to the Emergency Department of Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Group Township Health Center in Huairou District from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected.Among them,20 patients who received conventional treatment were included in the control group,and the other 22 patients who were treated with nitroglycerin on the basis of conventional treatment were included in the study group.The vital signs(heart rate,blood pressure,respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation),total effective rate,incidence of complications and patients'satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The vital signs of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction score of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the onset of acute left heart failure in the elderly in the community,the use of nitroglycerin in the field treatment can effectively improve the patient's vital signs,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the overall efficiency of treatment.
