摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种病因未明的全身性自身免疫性疾病,以关节滑膜炎症为主要表现,可以导致关节畸形、功能减退以及心血管疾病等其他并发症。RA患者依据病情严重程度可选择药物治疗、手术治疗及康复治疗等治疗手段。其中药物治疗为主要治疗方式,包括非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)、糖皮质激素、改善病情抗风湿药(DMARDs)等。影像学检查可在疗效评估中发挥重要作用。本文主要就RA治疗及影像学疗效评估进展进行综述。
Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)is a systemic autoimmune disease with unknown etiology,characterized by synovitis,which can lead to joint deformities,dysfunction,cardiovascular diseases and other complications.According to the severity of the disease,RA patients can choose drugs,surgery and rehabilitation treatment.Among them,drug treatment is a main treatment measure,including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),glucocorticoids and disease-improving anti-rheumatic drugs(DMARDs).Choosing appropriate methods to evaluate the efficacy of drugs is an important part of the treatment of RA patients.Imaging examination can play an important role in the evaluation of efficacy.This paper mainly reviews the progress in the treatment and imaging evaluation of RA.
