摘要
脓毒性休克是由脓毒症进一步发展而来,若得不到有效救治,可造成多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)并严重威胁患者的生命安全。尽管目前在脓毒性休克发病机制、治疗、监护护理和营养支持等方面的研究取得了一定进步,但其死亡率仍居高不下。本文就不同病原菌感染脓毒性休克的特征及治疗做一综述,以期提高临床医生对脓毒性休克的认知、规范诊疗方法,从而降低该病死亡率。
Septic shock is the further development of sepsis.If there is no effective treatment,it can cause multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) and seriously threaten the life safety of patients.Although some progress has been made in the research on the pathogenesis,treatment,nursing care and nutritional support of septic shock,the mortality rate of septic shock remains high.This article reviews the characteristics and treatment of septic shock caused by different pathogenic bacteria,in order to improve clinicians’ cognition of septic shock,standardize diagnosis and treatment methods,and reduce the mortality rate of the disease.
