北京市顺义区食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类残留量的检测结果及暴露分析 被引量:1

Detection Results and Exposure Analysis of Phthalate Esters Residues in Edible Oil in Shunyi District,Beijing

摘要 目的:了解北京市顺义区市售植物性食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的污染状况,计算通过摄入植物性食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的膳食暴露量,对北京市顺义区居民膳食暴露风险进行初步评价。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱法对北京市顺义区市售的60份植物性食用油样品中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质进行测定。结合膳食调查居民食物油每日平均消费量,计算北京市顺义区居民经植物性食用油摄入的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(Dibutyl Phthalate,DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯[Bis(2-ethylhexyl)Phthalate,DEHP]和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(Diisononyl phthalate,DINP)水平,并与DBP、DEHP和DINP的每日可耐受摄入量(Tolerable Daily Intak,TDI)进行比较,初步评估北京市顺义区居民经植物性食用油摄入的邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalate Esters,PAEs)的健康风险。结果:植物性食用油中DEHP检出率为5.0%,最大值为0.38 mg·kg^(-1);DINP检出率为80.0%,最大值为4.56 mg·kg^(-1);DBP检出率为40.0%,最大值为0.26 mg·kg^(-1),没有检出超标样品,超标率为0。北京市顺义区居民经植物性食用油摄入的DEHP、DINP和DBP暴露量均值分别为0.000098 mg·(kg bw·d)^(-1)、0.000802 mg·(kg bw·d)^(-1)和0.000094 mg·(kg bw·d)^(-1),均低于欧盟对邻苯二甲酸酯的规定。结论:植物性食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯的检出率较高,但对人群身体健康风险较低。 Objective:The pollution status of phthalates esters in vegetable edible oil sold in Shunyi district of Beijing was known,and the dietary exposure of phthalates in vegetable edible oil was calculated to preliminarily evaluate the dietary exposure risk of residents in Shunyi district of Beijing.Method:17 phthalate esters in 60 vegetable edible oil samples sold in Shunyi district of Beijing were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Combined with the daily average consumption of food oil,the levels of DBP,DEHP and DINP ingested by plant edible oil in Shunyi district of Beijing were calculated and compared with the tolerable daily intak of DBP,DEHP and DINP,so as to preliminarily evaluate the health risk of phthalate esters ingested by plant edible oil in Shunyi district of Beijing.Result:The detection rate of DEHP in vegetable edible oil was 5.0%,and the maximum value was 0.38 mg·kg^(-1);The detection rate of DINP was 80.0%,and the maximum value was 4.56 mg·kg^(-1);The detection rate of DBP was 40.0%,and the maximum value was 0.26 mg·kg^(-1).No samples exceeding the standard are detected,and the exceeding the standard rate was 0.The average exposure of DEHP,DINP and DBP ingested by plant edible oil in Shunyi district of Beijing were 0.000098 mg·(kg bw·d)^(-1),0.000802 mg·(kg bw·d)^(-1) and 0.000094 mg·(kg bw·d)^(-1) respectively,which were lower than the provisions of the European Union on phthalates esters.Conclusion:The detection rate of phthalates in vegetable edible oil is high,but the risk to people’s health is low.
