β-胡萝卜素对青年母兔生长性能、抗氧化能力、生殖激素指标及卵泡发育的影响 被引量:1

Effects of β-Carotene on Growth Performance,Antioxidant Capacity,Reproductive Hormone Indexes and Follicular Development of Young Female Rabbits

摘要 本试验旨在研究β-胡萝卜素对青年母兔生长性能、抗氧化能力、生殖激素指标及卵泡发育的影响。选取55~60日龄、体重[(1.679±0.114) kg]相近、健康状态良好的雌性伊拉肉兔160只,随机分为4组,每组20个重复,每个重复2只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加15(Ⅰ组)、30(Ⅱ组)、45 mg/kg(Ⅲ组)β-胡萝卜素。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加β-胡萝卜素对青年母兔终末体重和平均日增重均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)试验第14天时,与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。试验第28天时,与对照组相比,Ⅰ组血清GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清SOD活性显著降低(P<0.05)。3)试验第14天时,与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清促黄体素(LH)含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清促卵泡素(FSH)含量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅲ组血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(PROG)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。试验第28天时,与对照组相比,Ⅰ组血清E2含量显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组卵巢中原始卵泡比例显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组卵巢中初级卵泡比例显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅲ组卵巢中次级卵泡和成熟卵泡比例显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组卵巢中黄体比例显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加β-胡萝卜素可以改善青年母兔的抗氧化能力,促进卵泡发育和相关激素分泌。本试验条件下,青年母兔饲粮中β-胡萝卜素适宜添加水平为30 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects ofβ-carotene on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,reproductive hormone indexes and follicular development of young female rabbits. A total of160 healthy female Irah meat rabbits aged from 55 to 60 days of age with similar body weight[(1. 679 ±0.114)kg]were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 replicates per group and 2 rabbits per replicate. Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and other in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 15(groupⅠ),30(groupⅡ)and 45 mg/kg(groupⅢ) β-carotene,respectively. The pretrial period lasted for 7 days and formal period lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows:1)dietaryβ-carotene had no significant effects on final body weight and average daily gain of young female rabbits(P>0.05).2)On day 14 of the experiment,compared with the control group,the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of groupsⅠ, ⅡandⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05). On day 28 of the experiment,compared with the control group,the serum GSH-Px activity of groupⅠwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum SOD activity of groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05). 3)On day 14 of the experiment,compared with the control group,the serum luteinizing hormone(LH)content of groupsⅠ, ⅡandⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)content of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(PROG)of groupsⅠandⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05). On day 28 of the experiment,compared with the control group,the serum E2 content of groupⅠwas significantly increased(P <0.05). 4)Compared with the control group,the ovarian primordial follicle proportion of groupsⅠ, ⅡandⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),the ovarian primary follicle proportion of groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly
