在食品加工工艺中,为了确保食品安全,清洗是必不可少的重要环节。针对不同清洗对象和污垢,需要选择合适的清洗工艺和配方。表面活性剂具有润湿、乳化、去污等功能,被广泛应用于各种食品工业清洗配方中。本文总结了食品工业清洗体系的主要类型和特点,并介绍了几款适合食品工业清洗的表面活性剂产品。
To ensure food safety,cleaning is an essential part in food processing operations.Suitable cleaning process and formulation should be selected according to the substrates to be cleaned and the soils to be removed.Surfactants have multiple functions,such as wetting,emulsification,and soil removability,which is widely used in various cleaning formulations for the food industry.The article summarizes major categories and characters of food industrial cleaning systems,also introduces several surfactant products that are suitable for food industrial cleaning.
