摘要
原位清洗(Cleaning in Place,CIP)系统可以在不拆除设备的情况下清洗液态奶加工过程中产生的沉积物。沉积物的成分和清洗性质决定了CIP系统所使用的清洗剂和清洗流程;液态奶生产线的加工能力决定了CIP系统的硬件构成。本文以沉积物的成分和清洗性质为起点,简要介绍了集中式CIP系统的硬件设计,具体说明了碱液清洗、配酸和杀菌三个清洗流程,最后讨论了影响清洗效果的几个因素,使所设计的CIP系统具有良好的清洗效果。
Cleaning in Place(CIP) system is able to clean off the precipitate in the liquid milk production without removing any equipment.The cleaning agent and cleaning process of CIP system is decided by the precipitate;the hardware constitution of CIP system is decided by the capacity of liquid milk production line.The below article firstly starts with the precipitate and cleaning properties to briefly introduce the design of CIP system;then demonstrates the three cleaning processes of alkali cleaning,confecting acid and sterilization cleaning;and thirdly several influential factors are discussed in the perspective of maintaining the good effect of CIP system.
