摘要
目的分析冠心病患者血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)水平及与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选取2018年5月—2020年2月本院收治的冠心病98例作为观察组,根据Gensini评分又分为轻度病变组45例、中度病变组37例、重度病变组16例;另选取同期体检健康者91例作为对照组。比较观察组和对照组及不同Gensini评分冠心病患者血清25(OH)D、Apo-A水平,并分析观察组25(OH)D、Apo-A水平与Gensini评分的相关性。结果观察组血清25(OH)D、Apo-A水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。轻度病变组25(OH)D、Apo-A水平明显高于中度病变组与重度病变组,且中度病变组25(OH)D、Apo-A水平高于重度病变组(P<0.01)。25(OH)D、Apo-A与Gensini评分呈负相关(r=-0.382,P=0.014;r=-0.547,P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者血清25(OH)D、Apo-A水平显著降低,且与冠状动脉病变程度存在密切联系。
Objective To analyze levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[5(OH)D]and apolipoprotein A(Apo-A)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and their correlations with severity of CHD.Methods A total of 98 patients with CHD admitted between May 2018 and February 2020 were selected as observation group.According to Gensini score,the patients were divided into mild lesion subgroup(n=45),moderate lesion subgroup(n=37)and severe lesion subgroup(n=16).In addition,91 healthy people undergoing physical examinations at the same period were selected as control group.Levels of serum 25(OH)D and Apo-A were compared between observation and control groups and among CHD patients with different Gensini scores,and correlations between levels of 25(OH)D and Apo-A with Gensini score were analyzed in observation group.Results Levels of serum 25(OH)D and Apo-A in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Levels of serum 25(OH)D and Apo-A in mild lesion subgroup were significantly higher than those in moderate and severe lesion subgroups,and the levels in moderate lesion subgroup were significantly higher than those in severe lesion subgroup(P<0.01).Levels of 25(OH)D and Apo-A were negatively correlated with Gensini score(r=-0.382,P=0.014;r=-0.547,P<0.01).Conclusion Levels of serum 25(OH)D and Apo-A in patients with CHD are significantly decreased,which are closely related to severity of CHD.
