利咽汤剂与袋泡茶成分含量的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的考查南京市中医院自制利咽合剂以袋泡茶形式和汤剂形式加工有效成分含量的差异,为临床医生用药提供参考数据。方法采用薄层色谱法,对不同处理方法利咽方中射干、南沙参进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法,对不同处理方法利咽方中次野鸢尾黄素进行含量测定,对有效成分含量差异进行比较分析。结果定性鉴别中,射干、南沙参的薄层鉴别斑点清晰度均为粉末煎煮组>饮片煎煮组>粉末冲泡组>饮片冲泡组,阴性制剂均无干扰;含量测定实验中,次野鸢尾黄素含量为粉末煎煮组>饮片煎煮组>粉末冲泡组>饮片冲泡组。粉末袋泡茶在冲泡1 h以上接近粉末煎煮0.5 h有效成分含量。结论有效成分的含量煎煮法优于袋泡茶法,若选用袋泡茶法,需要冲泡1 h以上。 Objective To investigate the difference in the content of active ingredients in Liyan Mixture made by Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the form of tea bag and decoction so as to provide reference data for clinicians to use the medicine.Methods The qualitative identification of belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC and fourleaf ladybell root in Liyan Mixture with different processing methods was carried out by thin-layer chromatography,and the content of irisflorentin in Liyan mixture with different processing methods was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.The differences in the content of active components were comparatively analyzed.Results In the qualitative identification,both the clarity of spots of belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC and fourleaf ladybell root found by thin-layer chromatography in order were:powder decocting group>herbal pieces decocting group>powder brewing group>herbal pieces brewing group,and the negative preparations were free of interference.In the content determination experiment,the content of irisflorentin in order was:powder decocting group>herbal pieces decocting group>powder brewing group>herbal pieces brewing group.The content of active components in bagged powder brewing for more than 1 hour was close to that in powder decocting for 0.5 hours.Conclusion The content of active components in the medicine in the form of decoction is higher than that in the form of bagged tea,and if the form of bagged tea is chosen,the medicine is suggested to be brewed for more than 1 hour.
