摘要
目的探讨青诃袋泡茶治疗慢性喉炎(虚火上炎型、肺肾阴虚型)的临床疗效。方法选取医院耳鼻喉科2014年1月至2019年1月收治的慢性喉炎(虚火上炎型、肺肾阴虚型)患者120例,按信封密封法分为对照组(金嗓散结丸治疗)和研究组(青诃袋泡茶治疗),各60例。两组均以28d为1个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程。结果研究组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者声音嘶哑、异物感、咽喉干燥、喉部疼痛、声带水肿等症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青诃袋泡茶治疗慢性喉炎(虚火上炎型、肺肾阴虚型)能明显改善患者相应症状,且易于携带、服用方便。
ObjectiveTo investigalte the elinical efficacy of Oinghe Teabag in the treatment of chronic laryngis(the type of deficiencyfire flaming upward and the type of lung-kidney deficiency).Methods Totally 120 patients with chronic laryngis(the type of defi-ciency fire flaming upward and the type of lung-kidney deficiency)in the Department of OFolaryngology in our hospial from January2014 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(the patients were trealed with Jinsangsanjie Pills)and thestudy group(the patients were trealted with Qinghe teabag)by envelope sealing method.Both groups were contimuously treated for 3courses wih 28 d as a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantlyhigher than 86.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Affer treatment,the scores of sympltoms such as hoarseness,foreign body sensa-tion,throat dryness,throat pain,ocal cord edema and others in the study group were significanly lower than those in the contmol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oinghe teabag in the treatment of chronic laryngitis(the type of deficiency fire flaming upward and the typeof lung-kidney deficiency)can obviously improve the symptoms,and it is convenient for carrying and taking.
