摘要 目的:建立甘露饮提取液喷雾干燥方法,并优化干燥工艺参数。方法:以喷雾干燥粉末得率为标准,参考喷雾干燥粉末水分含量采用星点设计-效应面法,考察干燥温度、进液速度和雾化压力3个因素对喷雾干燥效果的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。结果:通过试验研究确定了甘露饮提取液喷雾干燥工艺最优工艺条件为:干燥温度为135℃,进液速度为26%和雾化压力为35 mm该工艺条件下的粉末得率为84.71%。结论:利用星点设计-效应面法确定了甘露饮提取液喷雾干燥最佳工艺条件,该方法结果准确,预测性良好,可为甘露饮颗粒剂的开发提供参考。 Objective:To establish the spray drying method for Ganlu Yin and optimize the spray drying parameters.Methods:Taking the spray drying powder yield as the index and the water content of spray drying powder as the reference,the influences of drying temperature,pump speed and spray pressure on the spray drying were investigated based on central composite design-response surface methodology.The optimum technological conditions were determined.Results:The drying process of Ganlu Yin spray was established.The best parameters were as follows:the drying temperature was 135℃,the pump speed was 26%and the spray pressure was35 mm.Under the optimum parameters,the powder yield was 84.71%.Conclusion:Central composite design-response surface methodology was used to optimize the spray drying process of the extract of Ganlu Yin.The method is accurate and predictable,which can provide reference for the development of Ganlu Yin granules.
