摘要
目的探讨分析对抑郁性神经症患者采用心理干预对其心理障碍所带来的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月期间收治的80例抑郁性神经症患者进行此次研究,其中实施心理干预前的40例患者作为常规护理组,实行心理干预后的40例患者作为心理干预组,比较两组患者的心理障碍改善情况。结果心理干预组的自我概念量表评分为(263.6±19.5)分、症状自评量表评分为(114.2±18.8)分以及护理满意率为(95.00%),均明显好于常规护理组(P<0.05)。抑郁评分和焦虑评分方面,护理前,两组对比,未见明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,常规护理组分别是(54.28±2.94)分与(50.14±2.64)分,心理干预组分别是(46.32±3.12)分与(45.87±2.59)分,心理干预组抑郁、焦虑评分比常规护理组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁性神经症患者采用心理干预能够有效改善其心理障碍问题,改善紧张的护患关系,提高护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of psychological intervention on psychological disorders in patients with depressive neurosis.Methods Eighty patients with depressive neurosis treated in our hospital from January 2019to January 2020 were selected for this study,including 40 patients before psychological intervention as the routine nursing group and 40 patients after psychological intervention as the psychological intervention group.The improvement of psychological disorders between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-concept scale(263.6±19.5),symptom checklist(114.2±18.8)and nursing satisfaction rate(95.00%)in the psychological intervention group were significantly better than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).In terms of depression score and anxiety score,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of routine nursing group were(54.28±2.94)and(50.14±2.64)respectively,and the scores of psychological intervention group were(46.32±3.12)and(45.87±2.59)respectively.The scores of psychological intervention group were lower than those of routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention for patients with depressive neurosis can effectively improve their psychological disorders,improve the tense nurse patient relationship and improve nursing satisfaction.It has clinical value.
