摘要
目的 探讨健康教育和心理护理对冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取2018年3月至2020年2月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育和心理护理。比较两组患者护理前及护理后生活质量评分和护理总满意度情况。结果 护理前两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患者的生活质量评分高于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病心绞痛患者在常规护理基础上接受健康教育和心理护理,可改善其生活质量,提高其护理满意度,有利于提升临床护理的效果和构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education and psychological nursing on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in the Fourth People′s Hospital of Shenyang from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to drawing lots method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education and psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris receiving health education and psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing can improve their quality of life and their nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to improve the effect of clinical nursing and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
