摘要
针对南京牛首山文创中心异形钢框架安装施工,采用MIDAS Gen软件对异形钢框架安装进行施工过程模拟,确定了施工方法及安装顺序,有效提高了安装效率,缩短施工工期。采用ABAQUS通用有限元软件对钢屋盖中3个关键节点进行有限元分析,计算节点在最不利状态下的受力性能。根据计算结果提出在柱加强环板处增设内加劲板,以确保杆件受力,确保了结构安全。
Aiming at the installation construction of special-shaped steel frame in Nanjing Niushou Cultural and Creative Center, MIDAS Gen is used to simulate the construction process of special-shaped steel frame installation, and the construction method and installation sequence are determined, so as to effectively improve the installation efficiency and shorten the construction period. The elastic-plastic analysis of three representative joints in steel roof is carried out by using ABAQUS, and the mechanical performance of the joints in the most unfavorable state is calculated. According to the calculation results, it is proposed to add internal stiffening plate at the strengthening ring plate of the column to ensure the stress of the member and the safety of the structure.
