摘要
大连中心·裕景工程构件截面大,结构复杂,钢板多为厚板和超厚板,焊接变形较难控制,焊接难度大。针对构件加工制作中的具体问题,对复杂构件的加工工艺,包括装配顺序、焊接前后的热处理工艺等予以介绍。
The members applied in Dalian Eton Center project have the characteristics of large cross-section and complicated structure. The steel plates are mostly thick and extra-thick plates,which are difficult to control deformation and welding. This paper focused on the processing techniques of complex members,such as the assembly sequence and the technique of heating processing before and after welding.
