摘要
北京南站轨道层框架梁截面尺寸主要为1800mm×2000mm和1800mm×1700mm两种,为现浇钢筋混凝土结构。框架梁柱节点设计采用了钢管柱焊钢托座(牛腿,下同)和框架梁梁端加腋两种相结合的处理方式,钢托座整体呈"倒梯形"。由于钢托座与混凝土梁是新的节点形式,通过充分准备、严格控制施工质量,最终顺利完成了施工,达到了设计预期的节点构造要求。
On the railway floor of the Station, there are mainly two types of frame beams, i.e. cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structures with cross section dimension of 1800 mm×2000 mm and 1800 mm×1700 mm respectively. Steel corbel, which is welded to the steel pipe column in reverse trapezoid, and beam end haunch were jointly adopted in the design for the treatment of beam-columns joints. As steel corbel to the concrete beam is a new type of joint, by full preparation and strict control over the construction quality, the construction was smoothly accomplished eventually, reaching the designer's requirements for the joint construction.
