摘要
本文通过条件试验研究了含铜三氯化铁蚀刻废液电解的反应规律和霍尔槽电流密度,得出了常温常压下电解含铜含铁蚀刻废液时阴极液的离子浓度范围和电流密度范围。试验结果表明,Cu^(2+)浓度介于2%~4%,Fe^(2+)浓度介于6%~8%,Fe^(3+)浓度小于1%,电流密度范围为1.5~3.5 ASD。此时,阴极析出铜效果最佳,阳极出料的氧化还原电位(ORP)为520~560 mV,实现电解液再生的目的。
Through the condition test,the reaction law of copper-containing ferric chloride etching waste liquid electrolysis and the current density of Hall cell are studied,and the ion concentration range and current density range of catholyte during electrolysis of etching waste liquid containing copper and iron under normal temperature and pressure are obtained in this paper.The test results show that the Cu^(2+)concentration is 2%~4%,the Fe^(2+)concentration is 6%~8%,the Fe^(3+)concentration is less than 1%,and the current density range is 1.5~3.5 ASD.At this time,the effect of copper precipitation at the cathode is the best,and the oxidation-reduction potential(ORP)of the anode discharge is 520~560 mV,realizing the purpose of electrolyte regeneration.
