摘要
在“五实”教育的育人模式下,我专业提出并构建了以培养目标为依据、以高质量就业为导向的实践教学体系。通过“基础夯实、综合提高、应用创新”三个层次的多个实践项目,由浅入深,递进式地设计实践教学体系,应用“带着真实问题学,对着真实技术练,按着真实岗位训,拿着真实项目做,照着真实情境育”的育人模式,培养了学生的实践能力与创新意识,提高了学生的就业核心能力,为实现其高质量就业打好了扎实的基础,为培养应用型人才提供了有力地保障。
Under the education model of “five real” education, a practical teaching system based on training goals and oriented with high-quality employment is put forward and constructed. Through multiple practical projects at three levels of “solid foundation, comprehensive improvement, and application innovation”, the practical teaching system is progressively designed from the shallower to the deeper. On-the-job training, it is required to do it with real projects, and educate people according to the real situation, cultivates students’ practical ability and innovation consciousness, improves students’ core employment ability, and lays a solid foundation for their high-quality employment, which provides a strong guarantee for cultivating applied talents.
