摘要
目的探究冠心病并糖尿病患者血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月该院收治的50例冠心病并糖尿病患者作为观察组,另在同期选择50名健康体检者作为对照组,对两组受检者均实施血脂检验,并分析两组各项指标水平。结果观察组TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组BMI、FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂检验在冠心病并糖尿病患者临床诊断中效果显著,能够为后期治疗提供重要参考依据,值得研究和推广。
Objective To explore the application value of blood lipid test in clinical diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods Fifty patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who were treated in this hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group.In addition,50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.Blood lipid tests were performed on both groups of subjects,and the levels of various indicators in the two groups were analyzed.Results The levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of BMI,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood lipid test has a significant effect in the clinical diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus,and can provide an important reference for later treatment,which is worthy of research and promotion.
