摘要
目的探讨血脂检验用于糖尿病患者中的检验价值。方法选取2021年1—6月该院收治的88例糖尿病患者作为研究组,并选取同时间的88名健康体检人群作为对照组,所有人员均实施血脂检验,比较两组血脂指标水平、血糖检测情况。结果研究组高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血脂结果异常,需要密切的关注其结果,对患者做出相应的诊断,应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of blood lipid test in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 88 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the study group,and 88 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.All personnel were subjected to blood lipid testing.The levels of blood lipid indexes and blood glucose detection were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of blood lipids in patients with diabetes are abnormal,and it is necessary to pay close attention to the results and make corresponding diagnosis for the patients,which should be further promoted and applied.
