摘要
目的 探讨基于思维导图路径培养胃肠外科实习医生专科操作技能的效果。方法 选取2018年12月—2020年5月期间滨州医学院附属医院胃肠外科实习的60名医学生为研究对象,将其采用随机抽签的方式分成两组实施研究,即对照组与观察组,每组各30名,前者采用传统的教学模式,后者基于思维导图路径开展教学,对比两组实习医生的考核成绩、综合能力及学习效率。结果观察组出科理论成绩及操作技能成绩分别为(88.23±6.56)分及(93.45±4.78)分,明显高于对照组的(82.23±6.48)分及(85.33±3.89)(P <0.05);观察组各方面的综合能力评分明显优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显比对照组的70.00%要高(P <0.05)。结论针胃肠外科实习医生,采用基于思维导图路径的教学方式,有助于提高其专科操作技能及综合能力,使其获得优异的成绩,学习效率得以提升,更好地服务于临床。
Objective To explore the effect of mind map based training of specialized operation skills of gastrointestinal surgery interns.Methods 60 medical students of gastrointestinal surgery internship in Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from December 2018 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The former adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the latter carried out teaching based on mind map path.The assessment results and comprehensive evaluation results of the two groups were compared Ability and learning efficiency.Results The theoretical score and operation skill score of the observation group were(88.23±6.56) points and(93.45±4.78) points respectively,which were significantly higher than(82.23±6.48) points and(85.33±3.89) points of the control group(P<0.05);the comprehensive ability score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method based on mind map is helpful to improve the operation skills and comprehensive ability of interns in gastrointestinal surgery,which can improve their learning efficiency and serve the clinic better.
