In this paper, three decision-making models of manufacturer-led,retailer-led and centralized decision-making are constructed, and Nash and Stackelberg games are used to analyze and compare the influence of different power structures on the optimal decision of manufacturer’s emission reduction and retailer’s closed-loop supply chain with CSR.MATLAB is used for example simulation, and the results of each equilibrium are compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the conclusion, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The research shows that:Regardless of the power structure, the increase of CSR level of retailers will lead to the decrease of their own profits, but will increase the emission reduction level, recovery rate, profits of other members and the total utility of supply chain. With the increase of carbon emission reduction cost coefficient, emission reduction level, recovery rate, profit of each member and total utility of supply chain will decrease.Under the centralized decision, the retail price is always the lowest, and the emission reduction level, recovery rate and total utility of the supply chain are always the highest. In other words, the centralized decision is the best decision.Manufacturers and retailers always get higher profits when they are the supply chain leaders. Finally, corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on the conclusion.
