摘要
目的了解不同献血间隔期对单采粒细胞献血者外周血细胞水平变化的影响。方法所有样本均来自江苏省扬州市中心血站2012年3月至2017年12月单采粒细胞献血者,年龄18~55周岁,平均41.5岁,按照献血间隔期的不同,分为4周、3个月、6个月三组,分别在献血者献血前及献血间隔期满后检测献血者外周血细胞水平。利用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血细胞计数,主要测定项目包括WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、PLT、RET等指标。结果同一献血间隔期、同性别献血前、后比较,WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、PLT等指标献血前、后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。间隔期4周女性献血者RET指标较献血前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对单采粒细胞献血者献血间隔期的确定,建议男性不少于4周、女性不少于3个月。制订科学、合理的单采粒细胞献血间隔期,既能保证单采粒细胞产品的质量,又能最大限度地保护献血者的身体健康受到伤害。
Objective To understand the effect of different blood donation intervals on the changes of peripheral blood cell levels in apheresis granulocyte donors.Methods All samples were collected from apheresis granulocyte donors from March 2012 to December 2017 in Yangzhou Central Blood Station in Zhejiang Province,aged 18 to 55 years,with an average age of 41.5 years.They were divided into three groups according to different blood donation intervals:4-week group,3-month group,and 6-month group.The peripheral blood cell levels of blood donors were measured before the blood donation and after the expiration of the blood donation interval.Blood cell count was performed using an automatic hematology analyzer,and the main measurement items included WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,PLT,and RET.Results There was no significant difference in WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,PLT and other indicators before and after blood donation between the same blood donation interval and the same gender(P>0.05).The RET parameters of female blood donors at 4-week intervals were significantly increased compared with those before blood donation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the determination of blood donation interval of apheresis granulocyte donors,it is recommended to be not less than four weeks for males and not less than three months for females.Establishing a scientific and reasonable interval for apheresis granulocyte blood donation can ensure the quality of apheresis granulocyte products and maximize the protection of the health of blood donors from harm.
