摘要
企业作为职业教育重要办学主体是职业教育跨界属性与技术技能人才培养规律的客观反映。从主体性的角度来看,职业教育办学主体的概念涵盖“立”和“办”两重含义,企业作为职业教育重要办学主体是创办主体、投资主体、管理主体、培养主体和评价主体的统一体。目前,我国企业作为职业教育重要办学主体面临着法律制度不完善、激励制度不精准、评价制度不科学等关键性制度障碍,建议从完善相关法律法规、健全激励机制、改革管理及评价组织供给等方面提供制度保障,促进企业深度参与职业教育。
Enterprises,as an important school-running subject of vocational education,is an objective reflection of the cross-border attributes of vocational education and the training rules of technical and skilled personnel.From the perspective of subjectivity,the concept of the main subject of vocational education covers two meanings of"establishment"and"running".As an essential school-running subject of vocational education,enterprises are the unity of the main body of founder,investment,management,training and evaluation.At present,Chinese enterprises,as the main subject of vocational education,are facing key institutional obstacles such as an imperfect legal system,an inaccurate incentive system,and an unscientific evaluation system.This paper suggests providing institutional guarantees in terms of improving relevant laws and regulations,improving incentive mechanisms,reforming management,and evaluating organizational supply,so as to promote enterprises'in-depth participation in vocational education.
