摘要
目的分析2020年浙江省食用农产品质量安全现状。方法通过统计2020年浙江省市场监督局公示的食用农产品抽检数据,分析不合格样品,并针对突出问题提出监管建议。结果浙江省食用农产品监督抽检共6265批次,其中不合格280批次,合格率为95.53%,抽检的6个亚类中,水产品的合格率最低,其次是生干坚果与籽类。农兽药残留超标问题依然严峻,其中风险较大的药物有腐霉利、灭蝇胺、恩诺沙星和呋喃西林代谢物。重金属镉和铅污染在蔬菜和水产品中较突出,黄曲霉毒素B_(1)超标是市售生干坚果的主要安全隐患。结论浙江省食用农产品的总体质量安全水平较稳定,水产品的兽药残留需重点关注,建议关注重点不合格品种,加大抽检力度,加强安全用药宣传力度,关注农产品信息溯源,严把源头控制,实现真正闭环,提前预警。
Objective To understand the current situation of the quality and safety of edible agricultural products in Zhejiang Province in 2020.Methods According to the statistics of the sampling inspection of edible agricultural products announced by Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Bureau in 2020,the unqualified samples were analyzed and discussed,and supervision suggestions were put forward for outstanding problems.Results There were 6265 batches of edible agricultural products under supervision and sampling inspection in Zhejiang Province,of which 280 batches were unqualified,with a pass rate of 95.53%.Among the 6 sub-categories sampled,aquatic products had the lowest pass rate,followed by raw dried nuts and seeds.Sampling results showed that the problem of excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues was still serious.Among them,the more risky drugs were procymidone,cyromazine,enrofloxacin and nitrofurazone metabolites.Heavy metal cadmium and lead pollution was more prominent in vegetables and aquatic products.Excessive aflatoxin B1 was the main safety hazard of raw dried nuts sold in Zhejiang Province.Conclusion The overall quality and safety level of edible agricultural products in Zhejiang Province is relatively stable,and veterinary drug residues in aquatic products need to be focused on.It is recommended to focus on key unqualified varieties,increase frequency sampling inspection,strengthen the propaganda of safe drug use to farmers,pay attention to the traceability of agricultural product information,and strictly control the source to achieve true closed loop and early warning.
