摘要
针对当前频繁发生的农产品质量安全事件,在农产品质量安全现状的基础上,对农产品供应链质量安全问题进行分析,同时结合农产品供应链链条长、信息繁杂等特点,从信息不对称性的角度深入探究农产品质量安全问题的本质,并针对政府与监管执法人员之间、农户与农产品供应链下游成员之间以及农产品供应商与零售商之间的信息不对称问题,提出相应的农产品质量激励措施。
Given the frequent occurrence of agricultural product quality and safety incidents,this article is to analyze the essential problems of agricultural product quality and safety from the perspective of information asymmetry,based on the current situation of agricultural product quality and safety and the characteristics of agricultural product supply chain’s length and complicated information.Therefore,to address the information asymmetry between the government and regulatory enforcement personnel,between farmers and downstream members of the agricultural product supply chain,and between agricultural product suppliers and retailers,corresponding agricultural product quality incentives are put forward.
