摘要
酿酒是我国的传统产业,在国民经济和人民生活中扮演了重要角色,对上游农业、包装业、机械业和食品添加剂行业以及下游物流运输业、循环经济产业链延伸起到了积极的推动作用。由于酒是一种情感消费品,人们往往忽视酒类产品的负价值。酒类产品从原材料生产到最终消费整个价值链均会对环境和社会产生重要影响。生态酿酒、有机酒、酒品安全、理性健康饮酒、责任广告、履行社会责任对农户的经济和技术指导责任是酒类企业价值链特殊的社会责任议题。
Alcohol is China's traditional industry,which plays an important role in the people's life.It plays a positive role in promoting both the upper stream chains: agriculture,packaging,machine and food additive industries and down stream chains: logistics transportation,circular economy industries.Due to a kind of emotional consumer goods,people often ignore its negative value.Alcohol products have bad effects on the environment and society from the raw materials production to the final consumption.From the value chain,special issues are found in the alcohol corporate social responsibility.It includes ecological brew,organic alcohol,alcohol product safety,rational health drinking,responsibility advertising,and undertaking the economic and technical guidance responsibility for farmers.
