摘要
蔬菜是居民日常生活中必备的农产品之一,大量的市场需求对蔬菜安全提出了更高的要求,然而现阶段我国因不合理使用农药导致诸如环境污染、农药残留、人体中毒等的现象依然很多。虽然市场上对绿色农药的推广从未间断,但实际上农户对绿色农药的购买使用率依然很低。本文将从与蔬菜生产直接相关的农户入手,综述了近年来国内有关绿色农药使用率的影响因素、农户对绿色农药的认知与政策因素等方面的文献,结合我国的实际进行了总结性评述,并对此类研究的方法进行评价,提出使用实验方式研究农户意愿行为的观点,以期为深入展开绿色农药对环境、人体与农产品安全影响的研究注入新的视角。
Vegetables are essential agricultural products in the lives of residents.The market with large demand puts higher requirements on the safety of vegetables. However, nowadays, there are still many phenomena such as environmental pollution, pesticide residues, human poisoning, etc. due to unreasonable use of pesticides in China. Although the promotion of green pesticides in the market has never stopped.In fact, the purchase rate of green pesticides by farmers is still very low.This paper reviews the domestic literature on the influencing factors of green pesticide use rate, farmers’ perceptions of green pesticides and policy factors.Based on the actual situation in China, a summary review was made, and the methods of such research were evaluated. The viewpoint of using the experimental method to study the willing behavior of farmers was put forward, in order to inject new research into the research on the impact of green pesticides on the environment, human body and agricultural products.
