摘要目的分析联合血清人附睾分泌蛋白4(HE4)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞分化抗原147(CD147)检测诊断肺癌的价值。方法我院收治的112例肺癌患者(肺癌组),同期62例健康体检者(健康组)。比较两组及肺癌淋巴结是否转移患者HE4、VEGF、CD147水平。分析影响肺癌患者淋巴结转移的危险因素及HE4、VEGF、CD147诊断肺癌的价值。结果肺癌组HE4、VEGF、CD147水平高于健康组,转移组HE4、VEGF、CD147水平高于未转移组(P<0.05);HE4、VEGF、CD147均是肺癌患者淋巴结转移的影响因素(P<0.05);HE4、VEGF、CD147联合检测肺癌的AUC、敏感度、特异度分别为0.913、0.825、0.820,均高于各项指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论HE4、VEGF及CD147在肺癌中呈高表达,检测上述因子可评估淋巴结转移情况,且联合检测有助于提高肺癌诊断价值。 Objective To analyze the value of combined serum human epididymis secretory protein 4(HE4),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and leukocyte differentiation antigen 147(CD147)in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital were collected(lung cancer group).Another 62 healthy subjects at the same period were included in a healthy group.The levels of HE4,VEGF and CD147 were compared between the two groups and between patients with and without lymph node metastasis.Risk factors affecting lymph node metastasis in patients with lung cancer and the value of HE4,VEGF and CD147 in the diagnosis of lung cancer were analyzed.Results The levels of HE4,VEGF and CD147 in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group and the levels of HE4,VEGF and CD147 in the metastatic group were significantly higher than those in the non-metastatic group(P<0.05).HE4,VEGF and CD147 were important influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in lung cancer patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of HE4,VEGF and CD147 were 0.913,0.825 and 0.820,respectively,which were higher than those of indicator detection alone.Conclusion HE4,VEGF and CD147 are highly expressed in lung cancer.Detection of these factors can evaluate lymph node metastasis,and combined detection can improve the diagnostic value of lung cancer.
