摘要
动脉粥样硬化(AS)作为一种慢性炎症性病理过程,是缺血性心脑血管病(ICCVD)发生、发展的重要病理学基础。研究显示,亲环素A(CyPA)及其细胞表面受体白细胞分化抗原147(CD147)参与AS及ICCVD的发生、发展。本文主要综述了CyPA和CD147在AS中的作用以及对ICCVD的影响,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。
Atherosclerosis(AS),a chronic inflammatory process,is an important pathological basis for the occurrence and development of ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular disease(ICCVD).Studies have shown that cyclophilin A(CyPA)and its cell surface receptor,cluster of differentiation 147(CD147),are involved in the occurrence and development of AS and ICCVD.In this paper,the mechanism of CyPA and CD147 in AS and their influence on ICCVD were reviewed,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
