摘要
目的:探讨失禁性皮炎患者采用抗炎止痒散外洗治疗过程中予以综合护理的效果。方法:将2020年1月-2021年12月于广州中医药大学顺德医院ICU接受治疗的60例失禁性皮炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组患者均给予抗炎止痒散外洗治疗,同时对照组予以常规护理,观察组开展综合护理干预。比较两组护理干预效果。结果:两组患者护理后皮炎严重程度均减轻,且观察组皮炎严重程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,且皮肤愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:失禁性皮炎患者在采用抗炎止痒散外洗治疗的同时配合综合护理干预更有利于减轻皮炎严重程度,提高治愈率,缩短皮肤愈合时间,同时可提升患者家属满意度,改善患者生活质量,具备临床应用和推广价值。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of comprehensive care with anti-inflammatory antipruritic powder for external application in patients with incontinence dermatitis. Methods: Sixty patients with incontinence dermatitis treated in the ICU of ShunDe Hospital, GuangZhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were included as the subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with anti-inflammatory antipruritic powder for external application. Meanwhile, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The effect of the nursing interventions in two groups was compared. Results: After nursing, the severity of the dermatitis in the two groups was reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the skin healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with incontinent dermatitis, the use of anti-inflammatory antipruritic powder for external application treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention is more conducive to reducing the severity of the disease, increasing the cure rate, shortening the skin healing time, and improving the satisfaction of the patient’s family members and the quality of life of the patients. It has the value of clinical application and promotion.
