摘要
目的:探究自制引流式卫生棉条联合凡士林制剂对大便失禁导致失禁性皮炎的护理效果,为临床改善大便失禁导致失禁性皮炎患者预后提供指导。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月在我院重症医学科接受治疗的198例大便失禁导致的失禁性皮炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=99)和对照组(n=99)。对照组患者予以常规护理。观察组患者在对照组基础上采用自制引流式卫生棉条联合凡士林制剂进行护理,比较两组患者的护理时间、护理效果及满意度评价。结果:护理后观察组患者皮肤愈合率分别为89.90%、9.09%、1.01%,对照组患者皮肤愈合率分别73.74%、17.17%、9.09%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理舒适度、满意度和依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组所用护理时间分别为(2.86±1.21)min和(6.25±2.17)min,观察组显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床中运用自制引流式卫生棉条联合凡士林制剂护理大便失禁导致的失禁性皮炎能有效解决ICU大便失禁患者皮肤护理的困难问题,有效增加护理舒适度和促进患者康复,提高护理效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of self-made drainage tampon combined with petroleum jelly preparation on incontinence dermatitis caused by fecal incontinence,and to provide guidance for clinical improvement of prognosis of patients with incontinence dermatitis caused by fecal incontinence.Methods:A total of 198 patients with incontinence dermatitis caused by fecal incontinence who were treated in the Department of Intensive Medicine of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,it was divided into observation group(n=99)and control group(n=99).Patients in the control group were given routine care.Patients in the observation group were treated with self-made drainage tampon combined with petroleum jelly on the basis of the control group,and compared the nursing time,nursing effect and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups of patients.Results:The skin healing rates of patients in the observation group after nursing were 89.90%,9.09%,and 1.01%,and the skin healing rates of the patients in the control group were 73.74%,17.17%,and 9.09%,respectively.The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing comfort,satisfaction and compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing time for the observation group and the control group were(2.86±1.21)min and(6.25±2.17)min,respectively,and the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of self-made drainage tampon combined with petrolatum in clinical care of incontinence dermatitis caused by stool incontinence can effectively solve the difficult problem of skin care for patients with stool incontinence in ICU,effectively increase the comfort of nursing and promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the efficiency of nursing,worth application and dissemination.
