摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合护理在重症并发失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例重症并发失禁性皮炎患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。其中对照组患者仅采取西医常规护理,研究组患者则采取中西医结合护理,比较两组患者的失禁性皮炎愈合时间、护理后的生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果:研究组患者的失禁性皮炎愈合时间短于对照组,护理后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为重症并发失禁性皮炎患者应用中西医结合护理可加快皮损愈合,显著改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with severe incontinence dermatitis.Methods:Eighty patients with severe incontinence dermatitis were enrolled in the control group and study group,40 cases each.The control group only took the traditional nursing of western medicine,and the research group took the integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The healing time of incontinence dermatitis,the quality of life after nursing and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The healing time of incontinence dermatitis in the study group was shorter than that in the control group.The quality of life scores after nursing were higher than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with severe incontinence dermatitis can accelerate the healing of skin lesions,and significantly improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
