摘要
对湖州市主城区6个街道509名职业女性的多孩生育意愿进行量性研究,并分析其影响因素.调查结果显示,具有二孩及以上生育意愿的女性占50.6%,其中年龄、文化程度、职业发展期待、家庭平均月收入、单位福利、子女照顾情况、家人支持态度对其多孩生育意愿有显著影响(P<0.05).对48名职业女性进行质性研究,得出其多孩生育意愿不强的3大因素为:时间成本耗费大、潜意识的角色冲突、儿童福利政策不完善.可见,湖州市职业女性的多孩生育意愿普遍偏低,“全面二孩”政策尚未达到预期效果;政府应综合考虑女性的生育需求,强化其生育行为,积极响应“三孩”政策,针对人口问题精准施策,推动湖州经济的赶超发展.
To understand the willingness of urban professional women to have multiple children in Huzhou,and to provide reference for the government to formulate intervention strategies and guide the three child fertility behavior,a quantitative survey was conducted on the willingness of 509 professional women to have multiple children in 6 streets of huzhou city,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Meanwhile,according to the principle of subject saturation,survey samples were selected for semi structured interview.The results showed that 50.6%of women had the desire to have a second or more children,among which age,education level,career development expectation,average monthly family income,unit welfare,child care and family support attitude had significant influence on the willingness to have more children(P<0.05).A qualitative study was conducted on 48 professional women,and it was found that the three main factors of their weak willingness to have multiple children were high time cost,subconscious role conflict,and imperfect child welfare policy.It can be seen that the willingness of professional women in Huzhou to have multiple children is generally low,and the“universal two child”policy has not achieved the desired effect.The government should comprehensively consider women's reproductive needs,strengthen reproductive behavior,actively respond to the“three child”policy,and implement accurate policies for population problems,so as to promote the catch up and surpassing development of Huzhou economy.
