基于太钢粉煤灰-水渣超细粉-脱硫石膏固废制备加气砼砌块研究

摘要 以太钢炼铁厂和电厂产生的固体废弃物为主要原料,添加一定量胶凝材料,掺加一定量的发气剂,制备蒸压粉煤灰加气砼砌块、板材,并对其进行相关性能研究。主要研究生产A3.5和A5.0砌块的原料最佳配合比,同时用水渣超细粉对生石灰-水泥进行部分替代,并应用于实际生产。结果表明:以水渣超细粉替代胶结料(主要为生石灰、水泥,最大替代率为40%左右)可以得到性能优异的加气砼产品,制得的产品密度为585 kg/m^(3)、抗压强度为3.6 MPa、含水率为19%。 The properties of autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete blocks and plates are mainly studied by taking the solid wastes produced by TISCO ironmaking plant and power plant as the main raw materials,adding a certain amount of cementitious materials and a certain amount of aerating agent.The optimum mix proportion of raw materials for the production of A3.5 and A5.0 was studied.At the same time,ultra-fine water slag powder can partially replace quicklime cement and be applied to practical production.The results show that the aerated concrete product with excellent performance can be obtained by replacing the cement with ultra-fine water slag powder(about 40% quicklime and cement).The density is 585 kg/m^(3),the compressive strength is 3.6 MPa and the moisture content is 19%.
