摘要 利用电石渣代替石灰,采用物理发泡和蒸压养护,生产一种全固废蒸压轻质砌块,解决了电石渣用于加气混凝土生产过程中铝粉发泡效果差和产品强度过低的问题。利用自制固化剂代替普通硅酸盐水泥,实现二氧化碳减排。当m(粉煤灰)∶m(电石渣)∶m(矿渣)∶m(固化剂)∶m(脱硫石膏)∶m(发泡剂)=58.5∶20∶10∶10∶1.5∶0.1时,在"升温4 h-180℃恒温4 h-自然冷却"的养护制度下,可制得密度为617.5 kg/m^3、强度为4.84 MPa、导热系数为0.0672 W/(m·K)、干收缩率为0.487 mm/m的砌块,产品性能优于普通蒸压加气混凝土砌块。XRD分析表明,对砌块强度起关键作用的物质为CSH(I)、托贝莫来石、水石榴石。 A lightweight block was prepared by physical foaming and autoclaved curing process to solve the problem of poor foaming performance of aluminum powder and low strength when carbide slag was used instead of lime. Curing agent was used to substitute OPC cement to reduce carbon emission. When the mass ratio of fly ash:carbide slag:granulated slag:curing agent:FGD gypsum:foaming agent is 58.5:20:10:10:1.5:0.1,the block is obtained with the density of 617.5 kg/m3, compressive strength 4.84 MPa. The product has a thermal conductivity of 0.0672 W/(m工K) and a dry shrinkage of 0.487 mm/m. The proper regime is "temperature rising 4 h-180 ℃ constant temperature 4 h-natural cooling". The performance is higher than that of ordinary autoclaved aerated concrete block. XRD analysis shows that the key materials for block strength are CSH (I),tobermorite and water garnet.
