利用不同颗粒级配的建筑渣土制备硅晶石及其性能研究

摘要 以不同颗粒级配的建筑渣土为主要原料制备中空结构的轻质材料硅晶石,建筑渣土总掺量高达70%,实现了对建筑废料的高效回收利用。论文通过调整建筑渣土的颗粒级配,比较硅晶石表观爆裂情况、体积密度、吸水率以及抗压强度的变化,分析建筑渣土颗粒级配的变化对硅晶石性能的影响。试验结果表明:当建筑渣土整体粒径小于40目,且小于100目的颗粒占比40%以上时,样件表观几乎不发生石灰爆裂现象,综合性能即抗压强度、吸水率也最佳,体积密度小于850 kg/m^(3)。 Silica crystal,a lightweight material with hollow structure was prepared by using construction residue with different particle gradation as the main raw material,and the total content of construction residue was as high as 70%,which realized the efficient recycling of construction waste.The apparent bursting,bulk density,water absorption rate and compressive strength of silica crystal were compared by adjusting the particle gradation of construction residue,and the influence of the change of particle gradation of construction residue on properties of silica crystal was analyzed.The test results show that when the overall particle size of construction residue is less than 40 mesh,and the particles less than 100 mesh account for more than 40%,the apparent lime bursting phenomenon of the sample is almost not occurring,the comprehensive performance is the best,and the bulk density is less than 850 kg/m^(3).
