摘要
制备了一种无砂型混合煅烧石膏基自流平材料,通过正交试验研究了悬浮稳定剂、聚羧酸减水剂及消泡剂掺量对自流平材料初始流动度和30 min流动度保持性的影响;通过单因素试验研究了石膏浆体pH值、流平调凝剂掺量和胶凝材料体系对自流平材料的性能影响。结果表明:最佳配合比为混合煅烧石膏(混膏)88%、水泥10%、硅灰2%,悬浮稳定剂0.10%、聚羧酸减水剂0.18%、消泡剂0.012%、流平调凝剂0.025%、碱性调节剂0.27%、可再分散乳胶粉0.8%,制得的无砂型混膏自流平材料初始流动度为149 mm,30 min流动度无损失,1、28 d抗压强度分别为13.75、26.28 MPa,28 d收缩率为0.031%。工程应用表明,该产品施工应用效果较佳。
A kind of sandless mixed calcined gypsum self-leveling material was prepared.The effects of suspended stabilizer,polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent and defoamer on the initial fluidity and 30 min fluidity retention of self-leveling materials were studied by orthogonal experiment.The influence of pH value of gypsum slurry,content of flow level adjusting coagulant and cementing material system on properties of self-leveling material without sand was studied by single factor test.The results show that the best mixture ratio is paste 88%,cement 10%,silica fume 2%,suspension stabilizer 0.1%,polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent 0.18%,defoamer 0.012%,flow level coagulant 0.025%,alkaline regulator 0.27%,and redispersible polymer powder 0.8%.The sandless gypsum base self-leveling material prepared from mixed calcined gypsum has an initial fluidity of 149 mm,a fluidity loss of 0 mm in 30 min,a compressive strength of 13.75 MPa and 26.28 MPa in 1 d and 28 d respectively,and a shrinkage rate of 0.031%in 28 d.Engineering application shows that the product has good application effect.
