摘要
目的给予糖尿病性眼病手术患者针对性护理干预,研究其对术前焦虑情绪及治疗依从性等的效果。方法选择2018年5月—2020年5月该院的96例糖尿病性眼病手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法进行分组:对照组(n=48,常规护理)、观察组(n=48,针对性护理),比较两组术前焦虑情绪变化、治疗依从性、术后并发症、生活质量等。结果干预后,观察组术前SAS评分较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性95.83%较对照组81.25%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率2.08%较对照组16.67%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量总评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病性眼病手术患者辅以针对性护理,可强化护理质量,减轻术前焦虑情绪,提高治疗依从性,进而减少术后并发症,优化生活质量。
Objective To give targeted nursing intervention to patients with diabetic eye surgery to study its effect on preoperative anxiety and treatment compliance.Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method:the control group(n=48,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=48,targeted nursing).The changes in preoperative anxiety,treatment compliance,postoperative complications and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the preoperative SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher treatment compliance as 95.83%than 81.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.08%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Supplementing targeted nursing care for diabetic eye disease surgery patients can strengthen the quality of care,reduce preoperative anxiety,and improve treatment compliance.Thereby reducing postoperative complications and optimizing the quality of life.
