摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对股骨颈骨折(FNF)患者术后关节功能恢复和并发症的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2021年5月于我院接受治疗的66例FNF患者为研究对象,随机分为院内组和延续组,每组33例。院内组给予常规护理,延续组在院内组基础上增加延续性护理。比较两组出院前及术后3个月随访髋关节功能(Harris评分)、生活自理能力(Barthel指数评分)、步行功能改善情况;比较两组出院后锻炼时长、锻炼频次及并发症发生情况。结果两组Harris评分、Barthel指数评分、步行功能高于出院前,且延续组高于院内组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);延续组锻炼时长、锻炼频次多于院内组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);延续组并发症发生率低于院内组(3.03%vs 18.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予FNF患者术后延续性护理,能够促进患者髋关节功能改善,提高其步行功能和生活自理能力,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative joint function recovery and complications in patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods A total of 66 FNF patients treated in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into hospital group and continuation group,with 33 cases in each group.The hospital group was received routine nursing,and the continuation group was received continuous nursing on the basis of the hospital group.The improvement of hip joint function(Harris score),self-care ability(Barthel index score)and walking function before discharge and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.The exercise duration,exercise frequency and complications after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results Harris score,Barthel index score and walking function in the two groups were higher than those before discharge,and those in the continuation group were higher than those in the hospital group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration and frequency of exercise in the continuation group were longer than those in the hospital group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the continuation group was lower than that in the hospital group(3.03%vs 18.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative continuous nursing for patients with FNF can promote the improvement of hip joint function,improve their walking function and self-care ability,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
