摘要
目的探讨为口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者实施康复新液治疗的临床效果及对其牙龈肿胀、疼痛症状的影响。方法选取该院2019年3月—2021年4月收治的口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者80例为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为两组。常态组40例患者(行全口洁治术治疗),观察组40例患者(加用康复新液治疗)。对比两组患者的临床应用效果。结果观察组治疗后龈沟出血指数(1.98±0.89)分、牙周菌斑指数(1.09±0.45)分明显低于常态组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.310、2.994,P<0.05);观察组牙龈肿胀程度及疼痛症状明显轻于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于常态组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023)。结论康复新液治疗可减轻口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者牙龈肿胀程度,改善牙龈状况,减轻其疼痛感受,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid treatment for patients with chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontics and its influence on gingival swelling and pain.Methods 80 patients with orthodontic-induced chronic gingivitis admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to April 2021 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups by random drawing method.40 patients in the normal group(with full mouth scaling)and 40 patients in the observation group patients(with the addition of Kangfuxin solution).The clinical effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After treatment,the gingival sulcus bleeding index(1.98±0.89)points and periodontal plaque index(1.09±0.45)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.310,2.994,P<0.05).The degree of gingival swelling and pain symptoms in the observation group were significantly lighter than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid treatment can reduce the degree of gingival swelling in patients with chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontics,improve the condition of the gums,and relieve their pain,which is worthy of reference.
