摘要
目的探讨康复新液治疗口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎的临床效果。方法选取内蒙古医科大学第四附属医院2017年12月至2018年12月间收治的口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎患儿116例,按照治疗方案分为常规组(采用牙周清洁术为其治疗,n=58)和实验组(采用牙周清洁术+康复新液为其治疗,n=58),在治疗完成后1周后比较两组患儿的牙龈肿胀情况和牙龈疼痛情况。结果接受牙周清洁术+康复新液方式治疗实验组患儿牙龈严重肿胀率为25.86%(15/58),仅接受牙周清洁术治疗的对照组患儿牙龈严重肿胀率为62.07%(36/58),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患儿牙龈严重疼痛率为29.31%(17/58),对照组患儿牙龈严重疼痛率为65.52%(38/58),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),实验组患儿治疗后牙龈疼痛程度和肿胀程度都具有明显的优势。结论在对患有慢性牙龈炎的口腔正畸患儿进行治疗期间,仅采用牙周清洁术进行治疗效果较差,但加用康复新液进行治疗后,患儿的症状情况能得到明显的好转,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of chronic gingivitis in orthodontic children.Methods 116 children with chronic gingivitis in children with orthodontics admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital ofInner Mongolia Medical University from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected according to the treatment plan(using periodontal cleaning for their treatment,n=58)and the experimental group(using periodontal cleaning+rehabilitation new fluid for its treatment,n=58),and the gingival swelling and gum pain of the two groups were compared 1 week after the completion of treatments.Results The periodontal cleansing+rehabilitation new fluid method treatment group had a severe swelling rate of25.86%(15/58)in the experimental group.The severe gingival rate of the control group treated with periodontal cleaning was 62.07%(36/58),the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05),the severe gingival pain rate was 29.31%(17/58)in the experimental group,and the severe gingival pain rate was 65.52%(38/58)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the children in the experimental group had obvious advantages in the degree of gingival pain and swelling after treatment.Conclusion During the treatment of orthodontic children with chronic gingivitis,only periodontal cleaning is less effective,but after treatment with rehabilitation fluid,the symptoms of the child can be significantly improved.Has clinical application value.
