摘要
目的观察康复新液治疗口腔正畸儿童牙龈炎的近期疗效,探寻治疗口腔正畸儿童牙龈炎的有效方法。方法将正畸患儿牙龈炎50例随机分成两组,实验组25例采用龈上洁治加康复新液治疗,对照组25例单纯龈上洁治,未用药物,治疗前及治疗后1周分别观察疼痛程度和炎症面积的变化。结果同对照组比较,实验组牙龈出血程度减轻,牙龈乳头肿胀减小,近期疗效具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论康复新液治疗口腔正畸患儿牙龈炎安全有效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective Observe kangfuxin liquid treatment of chronic gingisitis children oral orthodontic treatment,short-term curative effect of oral orthodontic children gingivitis effective method.Methods 50 cases of chronic gingisitis TMJD children into two groups at random,25 patients with clean governance and the drain of kangfuxin liquid treatment group recovery in 25 patients on clean,simple gingiva unused drugs and treatment before and after 1 week of pain and inflammation were observed changes in the area.Results Compared with control group,bleeding gums nipple swelling degree,short-term curative effect with significant difference（p 0.01）.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment with oral liquid,safe and effective TMJD gingivitis popularizing clinically worth.
