摘要
目的研究智齿冠周炎患者应用康复新液联合米洛环素的疗效与疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2021年3月于广州市番禺区中医院确诊的200例智齿冠周炎患者,采用随机分组法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组患者采用米洛环素治疗,观察组患者采用康复新液联合米洛环素治疗,均持续治疗42d。评估两组患者治疗效果和疼痛程度,检测患者治疗前后炎症因子白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。记录两组患者在治疗期间的不良反应。结果观察组智齿冠周炎患者的治疗率为94.00%,对照组的治疗率为85.00%,两组有明显差异(χ^(2)=4.310,P=0.038)。两组智齿冠周炎患者治疗15min、24h、7d和42d后,观察组患者疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组智齿冠周炎患者IL-10明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),IL-8和hs-CRP明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后IL-10明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-8和hs-CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总不良反应率8.00%与对照组的9.00%无明显差异(χ^(2)=0.064,P=0.800)。结论康复新液联合米洛环素治疗智齿冠周炎可有效改善临床症状,降低智齿冠周炎患者疼痛程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with milocycline on the curative effect and pain degree of wisdom tooth pericoronitis.Methods 200 patients with wisdom tooth pericoronitis diagnosed in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with milocycline,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Kangfuxin solution combined with milocycline for 42 days.The therapeutic effect and pain degree of the two groups were evaluated,and the levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-8(IL-8)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were measured before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded.Results The treatment rate of wisdom tooth pericoronitis in the observation group was 94.00%,and that in the control group was 85.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=4.310,P=0.038).After 15 minutes,24 hours,7 days and 42 days of treatment,the degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-10 in the observation group and control group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and IL-8 and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,IL-10 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and IL-8 and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 8.00%and that of the control group was 9.00%(χ^(2)=0.064,P=0.800).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with milocycline in the treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of pain in patients with wisdom tooth pericoronitis.
