摘要
全域党建是新时代社会组织和联合组织内部中国共产党基层党组织建设的新要求和新举措,是新时代坚持和加强党的全面领导的生动体现。对于全域党建,应基于党建创新理论和党章党规的内容要求,站在党的总体建设和加强基层党的全面领导的高度认识其地位和作用;要从空间地域、工作领域、党建内容三个方面来完整把握其科学内涵和基本要求;要从实践成效和解决问题两个维度对其实践经验进行总结和理论阐释。
The overall Party building is the embodiment of upholding and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,and the new requirement and measure for the construction of the basic organization of the Communist Party of China within the social organizations and the joint organizations of the new era.It’s basis should be the innovative theory of Party building and the content requirements of the Party constitution,its position and role should be understood from the overall construction of the Party and the strengthening of overall leadership of the Party at the grass-roots level;its scientific connotation and basic requirements should be comprehensively understood from aspects of space,field of work and the content of the Party building;and its experience should be summed up and theoretically explained from the dimensions of practical effect and problem-solving.
