摘要
中国共产党是一个具有高度组织性、纪律性的马克思主义政党,党的组织建设是党的建设的一个重要方面,始终重视党的组织建设是中国共产党的优良传统和宝贵经验。党建立百年来,围绕不同历史时期的中心任务所进行的组织建设,经历了奠定基础、曲折前行、全面推进、全面加强的演进过程。百年来党的组织建设取得了重大成就,积累了丰富经验,其中主要有:必须坚持科学理论指导为党的组织建设铸魂;必须以政治建设为统领抓好党的组织建设;必须把严密党的组织体系作为党的组织建设的重点;必须把党员干部队伍建设作为党的组织建设的关键;必须以坚持和完善民主集中制为中心抓好党的组织制度建设;必须始终在不断发展壮大党员队伍基础上更加注重提高党员质量。
As a highly organized and disciplined Marxist Party,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to its organization construction,which has become part of its fine tradition and valuable experience.Since the founding of the Party a hundred years ago,the organizational construction around the central tasks of different historical periods has experienced the evolution processes of laying the foundation,moving forward with twists and turns,comprehensive promotion and overall strengthening.Over the past hundred years,the Party’s organizational construction has made great achievements and accumulated rich experience,that is,we must adhere to the guidance of scientific theory for the Party’s organizational construction;we must take the political construction as the leading principle to do a good job in the Party’s organizational construction;we must take tightening Party’s organizational system as the focus of the Party’s organizational construction;we must regard the team building of the Party cadres as the key to the Party’s organizational construction;we must take adhering to and improving democratic centralism as the center to do a good job in building the Party’s organizational system;we must strive to improve the quality of party members as the whole number of party members continues to grow.
