摘要
分析了刀模的结构特征和加工难点,通过采用四轴联动加工方式,并运用UG12.0软件选择合适的加工策略,确定了加工工艺方案。经生产实践证明:生成的刀轨简洁,编程方法简单,解决了刀模的加工难点问题,降低了刀模的编程难度,缩短了加工周期,对同类产品的加工具有参考作用。
The structural characteristics and machining difficulties of the tool die were analyzed,and the processing scheme was determined by adopting the four-axis machining and using UG12.0software to select the appropriate machining strategy.The production practice proved that the generated tool path was simple and the programming method was simple,which solved the machining difficulties of the tool die,reduced the programming difficulty of the tool die,shorted the machining cycle,and had a reference function for the processing of similar products.
