摘要
由于新型冠状病毒爆发并在全球快速传播,市场急需口罩生产设备,短时间内,各式各样的半自动口罩机和全自动口罩机数量剧增,但在设备的实际使用过程中,无论是全自动口罩设备还是半自动口罩设备的质量均良莠不齐,运行稳定性有待提高。针对内耳带包边焊接机在耳带焊接机构位置出现耳带焊接错位、未焊上、口罩片偏离出料槽等引起的设备卡阻问题及全自动折叠式口罩机、全自动打片机在运转过程中滚切位置出现偏移等质量问题,结合设备的结构特点,通过试验分析问题出现的原因,并提供了解决方案,提高了相关产品的质量水平。
Every kind of semiautomatic mask masks and automatic mask masks have been increasing rapidly due to the rapid development of New Coronavirus′s outbreak and rapid spread in the world.The short time,the number of all kinds of semi-automatic mask machine and automatic mask machine has increased dramatically.However,the quality of the automatic mask or semi-automatic mask devices is uneven in quality and the stability of operation needs to be improved.Aiming at the problems of equipment jam caused by the welding dislocation of the ear belt,the non welding,the deviation of the mask from the discharge slot and the quality problems such as the displacement of the roll cutting position of the automatic folding mask machine and the automatic punch during the operation.Combined with the structural characteristics of the equipment,the causes of the problems were analyzed through the test and provided the solution was improved,and the quality level of related products was improved.
