摘要
主要介绍了应用UG和VERICUT软件对摇篮式五轴联动数控机床整体叶轮的加工编程和虚拟仿真,重点介绍了整体叶轮加工的工艺规划,制作后置处理;基于VERICUT建立机床运动学模型、开发控制系统、创建刀具库,搭建虚拟仿真平台。整体叶轮加工过程仿真的实现,为实际加工提供了可靠的保障。
This paper presents CNC programming and virtual simulation to produce an impeller on a five-axis simultaneous machining center with a trunnion table based on the UG and VERICUT softwares. In this article, it especially introduces work planning to cut an entire impeller and post building process; With the creation of machine kinematics model on the basis of VERICUT, the development of the control system and set up of a tool magazine, the virtual simulation platform is established. The virtual simulation of an impeller machining process provides a dependable basis for the real production in the shopfloor.
