摘要
叶轮是典型复杂曲面的零件,制造中采用CAD/CAM技术。本文通过对叶轮加工策略的研究,制定了叶轮的加工路线,并利用PowerMILL软件对叶轮的CAM加工技术进行了验证,为叶轮的数控加工提供参考。
Impeller is a typical part with complicated surface,CAD/CAM technology has been used for its manufacture.Thispaper studies the processing strategy of impeller,introduces the processing route and verifies the CAM machining of the impellerusing PowerM ILL software.It provides a reference for the numerical control machining of impeller.
